   OK – so this template wants me to say something about myself. What to say? I’m Molly, Mo, Mollymo, Mary Margaret, Mary Smith, Milford, Molly McButter, MIA (Mi Amiga Immadura), Mama, so many other things, though they all seem to start with “M.” I think Mama is the one I like best.

   I am a wife, a mama, a friend, a research analyst, an author (of boring stuff) and an artist at heart. I feel more complete when I’m creating stuff, whether it’s with glass, a camera or with my womb (creating Evan, get it?!) that’s what makes me happy. Well, that and traveling.

   I’ve been blessed to be raised by a family that taught me that the world is not just MD and the USA, but a huge place with so many different people and wonderful cultures and languages. I can’t seem to get enough of it. Summers in Guatemala and Costa Rica as a teenager just confirmed that I wanted to see everything there was.

   In college I got to spend parts of two summers in Southeast Asia…Taiwan, Hong Kong (I was there for the repatriation!), Macau, South Korea, Malaysia. It was great. Barrett and I got to spend 1 1/2 months together in Korea and Malaysia.

   Since then we’ve been lucky enough to spend time in Kat and Pat’s house (though we did go out a time or two) in Paraguay, a few months in Italy in 2000, 2006, and 2007.

   OK – this was supposed to be short. I guess it’s obvious now that I’m loquacious…welcome to my world.
