The Smiths are going back to Italy!!!!
posted in Uncategorized |YAY! We are going to go visit Wendy for Easter this year. It’s been almost two years since the last Italian sojourn and this time all three of us are going to go together. We found an amazing fare, round-trip to Rome. I love that city! Evan running around the Circus Maximus, playing with a ball is one of my favorite memories. Given, it’s likely not the image that most travelers would conjure when thinking of the Eternal City, but it’s among my favorites.
We’ll be over for 2 1/2 weeks this spring. YAY! (Have I mentioned I’m excited?!) Evan just keeps talking about going to Dominic’s for pizza and can still describe so many of the things over there. I’m thrilled that he remembers Italy and even more excited to make more memories with him there.
We have no ideas what we’ll do while we’re there, but Wendy’ll be off from work almost the whole time we’re there so it’ll be great to all be able to do things together. I am excited about driving there…I love Italian traffic.
